Working hours of the hall

 

  1. The hall is open weekdays for users from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm
  2. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays working hours of the hall depends on the pre-arranged activities.

 

ENTRY AND TARRY IN THE FACILITIES OF THE HALL

 

  1. In accordance with the established timetable, coach or other person who runs a training or recreation, 10 minutes before entering the hall, raises at the reception the key of the dressing room and together with the duty employee shall review the hall. Potential objections will be entered in a book at the reception.
  2. When the examination is performed the group of user may enter in the locker room.
  3. After coating into prescribed sports equipment, that must be intended exclusively for exercises in the enclosed space. Last user who leaves the dressing room is required to extinguish the lights and lock the dressing room. Leaving open the dressing room for users who are late is prohibited.
  4. Users use the hall according to the defined time period. That period includes time for setup and putting in order the equipment.
  5. Entrance in the dressing rooms and in the hall is allowed only to active users of the hall. Board members, parents, friends and others can observe the training (performed activity) only from the stands with the permission of the coach. The presence of persons who are not active users of the hall is not allowed.
  6. After completing the training or the recreation the users leave the hall and enter in the dressing room. After showering and dressing (that for the entire group of users is limited to 20 minutes from the end of training) they leave the dressing room and together with the duty employee review the hall. Potential objections will be entered in a book at the reception.

 

 

ENTRY - EXIT PROCEDURE IN DRESSING ROOMS AND ON THE PLAYGROUND

 

  1. Coach or another person running a training or recreation (hereinafter: coach) 10 minutes before the start of the term entrusts the key of the dressing room.
  2. Coach with the duty employee examines the dressing room.
  3. Potential objections will be entered in a book at the reception.
  4. Last user who leaves the dressing room is required to extinguish the lights and lock the dressing room.
  5. Users use the hall according to the defined time period. That period includes time for setup and putting in order the equipment.
  6. After completing the training or the recreation the users leave the hall and enter in the locker room.
  7. Time for showering and dressing is a maximum of  20 minutes.
  8. The last user together with the duty employee reviews the hall.
  9. Potential objections will be entered in a book at the reception.

 

 

Preventive measures for better functioning of the HALL

 

  1. The door between the additional hall should be locked.
  2. Unlocked dressing room for the user who is late is not allowed.
  3. In the dressing room and the hall entrance is allowed only to active users of the hall.
  4. Parents, friends, journalists, supporters of the clubs and other can follow training only from the stands, with the permission of the coach and property manager.
  5. The presence of persons who are not active users of the hall is not allowed (parents can only help their children during dressing in the locker room).
  6. Customers and employees are required to turn off lights in all rooms inside the building after using them.

Users have to take care of their things and values.

Leave valuables at home. Business management of Š.C. Višnjik is not responsible for personal property of users or valuables at any time; is not responsible for the disappearance of personal items of the user or the damage to them.

In case of irresponsible behavior, willful damage to property, etc. every user will bear the responsibility.

For any damage the offender shall bear the financial and criminal liability.
