All persons entering the pool area MUST first contact the reception of the pool.

There they will be given the instructions for using the pools and movement in the area of swimming pools „Višnjik“.  

To all users will be given an electronic bracelet that opens all areas intended to their use. Before leaving the area of the swimming pools „Višnjik“ the user MUST return the electronic bracelet at the reception of the pool.

The lost of the electronic bracelet is punishable by amount of 100, 00 kn.

All users must take a cleansing soap shower and pass through the hygiene barrier before entering the pool surfaces.

All users with the long hair MUST wear swimming caps.

No street shoes or clothing is allowed on pool surfaces, during sports celebrations or tours of the pool all visitors MUST wear protective slip on their shoes.

The following rules and regulations have been established for the benefit and the security of all users of the swimming pool and for maintaining of the hygienic conditions of the swimming pool:

• smoking is not permitted anywhere in the facilities
• persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool complex
• non-swimmers are not permitted to use the pools, except the pool for the non-swimmers and have to be  accompanied by parent or guardian
• glass containers or breakable objects of any kind are not permitted in the pool area
• bringing animals inside the pool complex is not permitted
• food and drinks are not permitted in the pool complex
• changing and storage of clothing in the spectator areas is not permitted
• running through the wardrobe and in the pool area is not permitted
• jumping into water, diving, playing ball, use of the equipment pool and the introduction of any equipment to the pool is not permitted, except with the express approval of the personnel of the swimming pool
• using the swimming pools in an inappropriate bathing suits
• any person having a skin disease or any infectious disease will not be permitted in the pool
• during the use of the pool it is not permitted to leave the pool areas
• the use of cameras, video cameras is prohibited, except with the express approval of the personnel of the swimming pool

Organized user groups must have group leader, instructor or coach who is responsible for them and has the following responsibilities:

• at the reception meets all users of its group
• at the reception gets the deployment of the group in the locker rooms and in the pool area; takes the group to the locker rooms and to the pool area
• ensures the order and the discipline in the group and warns the group members to comply with house rules
• communicates on behalf of the group with a staff pool of Višnjik
• when the group is finished using the pool leaders the group to the reception and signs off the use of the pool

During training in the swimming pool area can be just athletes and coaches in the sports equipment used exclusively during the stay in the pool area. All other persons (parents) may use the entrance corridor to the reception and area of the cafe bar.

Parents of the children under 7 years may through unclean corridor enter in the dressing room to help them dressing.

All users use the pool at their own risk; business management of Š.C. Višnjik assumes no liability for injuries or damages arising from using the pools.

Pool users are required to take care of their belongings and valuables.

Leave valuables at home. Business management of Š.C. Višnjik is not responsible for personal property of users or valuables at any time.

In case of irresponsible behavior, willful damage to property, etc. every user will bear the responsibility.

For any damage the offender shall bear the financial and criminal liability.

Instructions and decisions of the pool staff are mandatory for all users.

Persons who violate them will be sent out from the pool area.

Business management of Š.C. Višnjik reserves the right to close the pools at any time and without notice due to technical and organizational reasons.

Users violating these rules and regulations are subject to the revocation of their swimming privileges and will be removed from the pool area.
